Cheap is subjective. There are several links above under “Where to buy pumps.” I recommend the kit from extremerestraints.com. Also, getting a larger (bio-male sized) cylinder is a good idea for pumping the neoscrotum tissue (labia majora.)Read more comments by Joshua
