Thanks for your comment! T will help you build muscle faster. Personally, I also require less recovery now. The key is going to be that honest effort you mentioned, smart training, a superb diet and clean living. If that doesn't work, there may be other things going on. Consider getting a trainer: it can really help with getting up the enthusiasm to work out, and you'll get expert advice about how to train smart.As for physical strength being tied to male identity: I was pressing 450 lbs with my legs 10 years before starting T, and I'm not certain I could do that now without training up to it!Read more comments by Joshua Riverdale
