Kathleen Farrell Ph.D. is a gender therapist who has served the trans community in the Tampa Bay area since 1985. She counsels transgender individuals and couples, their significant others and families. She provides letters/referrals, as appropriate, during the transition process, and currently facilitates two therapy groups, one for individuals/couples on the trans-masculine spectrum and one for individuals/couples on the trans-feminine spectrum. She also works with parents who have children experiencing gender identity issues.
